A Decade of Experience and a Lifelong Journey
 
With nearly 10 years in the fitness industry, my journey as a coach has been one of constant growth, learning, and dedication—not just to my own development, but to the success and transformation of every client I work with. My path is one of continuous improvement, always evolving as a coach, a person, and a problem solver. The journey may be infinite, but the rewards of seeing my clients achieve their goals are immeasurable.

Why I Do What I Do

What drives me every day is the idea of taking someone on a journey—helping them improve their self-development, see tangible results in performance, and transform their lifestyle, nutrition, and physique. There’s nothing more rewarding than witnessing a client lift more weight, move with better efficiency, or simply live a healthier, more fulfilling life. This is what got me to where I am today, and it’s what continues to fuel my passion as a one-to-one coach.

My goal is simple: to leave a lasting impact on every individual I work with. Whether it’s through improving lifestyle choices in my Reclaim Program or enhancing movement efficiency and exercise progression, I am committed to helping my clients become the best versions of themselves. I’m passionate about transforming lives—not just physically, but holistically. From creating hyper-performing workers, colleagues, parents, and siblings to elevating athletic performance through strength and conditioning, I believe in unlocking each person’s full potential.

COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When you join the Reclaim Program, you’re taking the first step toward transforming your health and wellness. After a discovery call, we’ll create a personalised needs analysis to identify what’s been holding you back, your past experiences, and the best approach for you. From there, you’ll be set up on our training app, which will be your central hub for tracking workouts, staying in touch with your coach, and monitoring your progress.

Once you’ve completed your discovery call, your coach will handle all the admin and send you a confirmation email with a link to create your profile. From there, you’ll gain access to your training plan, resources, and the 12-week Reclaim Education program, delivered in both video and eBook format. New content will be released weekly to help you stay on track.

The initial commitment for the Reclaim Program is three months. We’re confident in the value we provide, and we’ve had no cancellations before the three-month period ends. Since this is an agreed upfront payment, we do not offer refunds for early cancellation.

A gym membership is not required. We can design a program that utilises minimal equipment and still helps you achieve great results. However, for the best experience and to maximise your progress, we do recommend having access to a gym.

Absolutely! The Reclaim Program is designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to those with more experience. Whether you’re new to exercise or looking to get back into a routine after time away, this program will help you regain control of your health and fitness.
